This is article presents the results of my Marie Curie postdoctoral research at the University of Oxford. In it, I examine how immigrant participation in European elections affects their propensities to vote in homeland elections. The paper also examines the association between receiving and origin society contexts on immigrants' homeland voting. This work contributes to the growing literature on the relationship between immigrant integration and transnationalism by offering an analysis of both receiving and homeland-oriented voting in a European context. I am indebted to the support and feedback I received on this research during my fellowship period from my wonderful colleagues at the International Migration Institute, Maastricht University and the TRANSMIC team, Thomas Faist, Rainer Baubock, Laura Morales and Hein de Haas.
